How do I purchase a vehicle from New Madina Cars?
The process is simple. First, browse our inventory and select the vehicle you are interested in. Click “Get a Quote” or contact our sales team to confirm availability and the total price to your port. Once you agree to the price, we will send you a Proforma Invoice. After payment is confirmed, we will arrange the shipment of your vehicle immediately.
What payment methods do you accept?
We primarily accept payments via Telegraphic Transfer (Bank Wire Transfer) to our designated bank account in Japan. This is the safest and most standard method for international vehicle trade. We also accept payments via reputable letter of credit services for bulk orders upon negotiation.
What is the difference between RoRo and Container shipping?
RoRo (Roll-on/Roll-off) is the most popular and cost-effective method; your car is driven directly onto the ship and secured on a specialized deck. Container shipping involves loading your car into a secure 20ft or 40ft container. Container shipping is recommended for expensive luxury cars or if you wish to ship spare parts inside the vehicle.
How long will it take for my car to arrive?
Shipping times vary depending on your location and vessel schedules.
Asia: 2 – 4 weeks
UAE / Middle East: 3 – 5 weeks
Africa: 4 – 8 weeks Once the ship departs, we will provide you with the tracking details and estimated time of arrival (ETA).
Do you inspect the cars before shipping?
Yes. Quality is our core value. Every vehicle undergoes a thorough pre-shipment inspection to ensure it matches the description and photos provided. We can also arrange for specific inspections required by your country (such as JEVIC, EAA, or QISJ) for an additional fee.
Does the price include shipping and customs duties?
The price listed on the website is typically the FOB (Free On Board) price, which covers the car and local costs in Japan. To get the CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) price, which includes shipping to your port, please request a quote. Customs duties and taxes in your country are not included and must be paid by you or your clearing agent upon arrival.
Can I cancel my order after payment?
If you wish to cancel before the shipping booking has been confirmed, we may be able to process a refund minus a cancellation and administrative fee. However, once the shipping space is booked or the car is on the way to the port, cancellations are generally not possible. Please contact us immediately if you have any issues.
Do you provide the documents needed for clearing the car?
Absolutely. After the ship departs, we will send all necessary original documents to your address via courier (DHL/FedEx). This package includes the Bill of Lading (BL), Export Certificate, Commercial Invoice, and any inspection certificates required for customs clearance in your country.
